You can always use the custom URL in your Storefront. You can append the logical page number to the end of the path, so you can direct a reader to a specific page in a specific article of a specific folio. The caveat is that they must be entitled to view the folio in order for the Viewer to download the folio, which the viewer will attempt if the folio is not already downloaded. custom_url_scheme://v1/folio/target_folio_name/target_article_name#page_number
