The idea:
For all the para styles with rule above
Search ^. at the column top
If yes, replace the format: Para style with rule above + Rule option desactivated
If not, replace the format: Para style with rule above + Rule option activated
Maybe even in total live, as [Ariel] does with his very clever Mastermatic!
