Not with one serial number.
Creative Suite serial numbers are Windows only or Mac only. They don't work on both.
The only ways to mix and match like you want are a) buy a Mac version of CS6, or 2) join the Cloud.
Cloud software can be used on both Mac and Windows for the same membership fee.
