Thanks for the suggestion, but the CC App Manager won't uninstall applications (see the error I show above). Trying to uninstall through the Windows Programs and Features window simply results in a directive that I must only uninstall Adobe apps through the CC App Manager. So I'm back to square 1. Can't uninstall.
I have tried the CC Cleaner tool, but it concludes with a message that not all files were cleaned up because a file is still open and suggests that I close my browser or application that may be holding a file open in the Adobe app file system.
Is there a brute force method to completely uninstall and reinstall?
