are you using an adobe program (eg, photoshop, lightroom, photoshop elements etc)?

if yes, what program?

open that program > click help > click about <program name> note the version (eg, cs5, cs6, cc, 5.6, 13 etc) and report back here.

open that program > click help > about plugin > camera raw > note the version (eg 6.0, 7.2 etc) and report back here.
