Need help with the Vibrance adjustment in Photoshop CC20014.

Anytime I select Vibrance to adjust the color of an image. The whole image turns Pink in the highlights when the slider is moved from "0" to - or   in value.  Can the Vibrance tool be reset to prevent this from happening?
