Hi, when the Adobe Flash Player installer asks for id and password, it comes up with my first and last name, then asks for the password. My password has not worked for years, so I just haven't updated. Tonight, after my qi gong videos were blocked, I changed my password. This was confirmed by Adobe. I tried it and no go. I tried my email, which works on the adobe.com page. I input the new password. No go. The box just shakes and I cannot update. It took me over an hour to be able to access chat with Adobe. Then I was told to go to the forum. Please help! I have a Mac OS X version 10.7.5 Thank you!
