Thanks Ned, I will contact them in a few days.  The problem is that after I registered, I was taken to a page where they wanted $50.00 a month just to download and use Photoshop CC. I paid for a product that they will not download unless I agree to another $50.00 per month.  It is not a download problem it is a company that seams to wants more money. I will try calling later this week. Thanks
